Riverfront Trail

The jewel of Quesnel. This peaceful trail runs along the shores of the Quesnel and Fraser Rivers.  Run, walk, jog or bike on the scenic 5 km trail.  It takes about one hour to walk comfortably.  Plaques along the way tell the story Quesnel's fascinating history, commemorative trees honouring pioneers are planted all along the walk and restored antique machinery are spotted here and there for your viewing pleasure.

The second phase of the 4.3 km trail system encompasses scenic Baker Creek and the Fraser River on the West side of Quesnel.
